Small traditional farm house built from white stone, located in the  “Parc naturel régional des Causses du Quercy” in the Lot area (protected area).

The house is located on a 5 acres property (Owners’ horses nearby). The swimming pool is surrounded by hundreds of lavender plants and is equipped with a security alarm. The morning on the terrace offers a beautiful view of Caniac Du Causse's church

Private terrace, full sun with patio set and gaz barbecue.

On the main floor, large living area with fully equipped, open concept kitchen (electric oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge), breakfast bar with bar stools. Cantou (local traditional fireplace with woodstove), pull out couch , 1 piece washroom.

Upstairs, bathroom (jetshower, washbasin, toilet), large bedroom (king size bed) with a reversible A/C

Lots of hiking trails leaving right from the property.
